Mohammed Dami is a chartered accountant (expert-comptable DPLE) and statutory auditor, founder and managing partner of Cabinet Dami & Associés. He holds the French state-awarded accountancy diploma (DEC, Grenoble, France) and has been carrying out accounting and audit assignments since 1985 — more than 37 years of professional experience. He is a member of the Moroccan Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Qualification and professional title

Mohammed Dami is a state-qualified chartered accountant: he holds the diploma in accountancy (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable, DEC) obtained in Grenoble, France. In Morocco he practises as an expert-comptable DPLE and as a statutory auditor. The two titles cover distinct assignments: chartered accountancy covers bookkeeping and account review, tax, payroll and corporate advisory work, while statutory audit is a legal certification engagement carried out independently of the company being audited.

He is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables du Maroc, the professional body that regulates the profession in Morocco, maintains the register of qualified practitioners and enforces its ethical and technical standards.

More than 37 years in accountancy and audit

His first accounting and audit assignments date back to 1985. In 1991 he founded Cabinet Dami & Associés, which he has led ever since as founder and managing partner. That unbroken career path — from hands-on practice to the management of a multidisciplinary firm — now represents more than thirty-seven years of experience serving Moroccan and foreign companies.
